Homeschooling is swiftly becoming a popular option for education across many countries in the world. It offers benefits for parents with children who need extra attention and support which cannot be gained in mainstream schooling. Many children prefer the comfort of their own home when learning, while others may have had a bad experience in a school which leaves them unable to engage in lessons. International and military children can also benefit from the ability to stay in one school while moving multiple times. Our online platform means that no matter where you are – at home or across the world – your children can have the same outstanding education and supportive teachers throughout the year.

Many parents homeschool their children themselves in an attempt to enhance their education. However, if you want to give them the best chance of achieving the qualifications they need, then outsourcing their education is best. At Your Home Education, we run very much like traditional schools. We can tutor your child in several subjects, as well as hold various camps and after-school activities. Our curriculum is extensive, and our tutors plan dynamic and engaging lessons to keep children entertained and motivated to learn.

Our Curriculum

We use the Cambridge Curriculum to teach your child at Your Home Education. It has been specifically designed to engage and educate your child so that they get the most out of their lessons. The curriculum, combined with our teaching model, ensures that even the most disinterested students are motivated to learn.

Just because homeschooling means students and tutors are distant, doesn’t reduce the interactivity in our lessons. We believe that doing is better than seeing at Your Home Education. Our students are asked to engage in project work to better their understanding of a topic. This allows them to actively learn without feeling forced, as well as develop a passion for specific subjects or topics. Project work also builds a skill set beyond the subject to be used in later life, as well as boosting a child’s confidence. When a project is completed, the class will give feedback to one another, and so participate in a 360-degree cycle of learning where they both pass on and receive information.

The use of the Cambridge Curriculum and the development of our teaching model and ethics allow us to support children beyond the now and help them develop the skills necessary for a bright future.

The curriculum, combined with our teaching model, ensures that even the most disinterested students are motivated to learn.
